Divine Moods by Huvian Tech
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from Divine Moods, please follow the steps below. We make this process simple and complete.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Step 1: Send an email to moods@huviantech.com from the email address associated with your Divine Moods account.
- Step 2: Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Step 3: We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once your data has been permanently removed.
What Data is Deleted
Upon processing your request, the following data is permanently deleted from our servers (hosted securely on Supabase):
- Your account authentication details (email and credentials).
- All personalized moments and media associated with your history.
- Any saved preferences or personalized settings within the app.
Data Retention Policy
We do not retain any of your personal data after the deletion process is complete. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. Once your account is deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
